Enjoy a time of stretching, breathing, and invigorating the body with theraputic yoga.

Self-Care Time
This is your chance to enjoy some quiet time, schedule a Bemer or Biomat session, take a sauna, or indulge in an afternoon nap!

Hands-on, whole foods, plant-based cooking class

Bemer, Biomat, and sauna sessions are available. If you have already indulged, relax on the property, or indulge in an afternoon nap! There are also games available to play.

Reflection & Relaxation
Relax by the fire and enjoy a cup of tea, kombucha, or a glass or organic wine as we reflect on the day.

Early Morning Stretch & Breathing
Start the morning with light stretching and deep cleansing breaths to rid the body of toxins and stress. Learn simple practices you can incorporate into your daily healthy habits.

Local group hike will be chosen according to group ability and interest.

Enjoy the property, take a walk, make an elixer, relax and enjoy your time before you head home. The Bemer, Biomat, and Sauna are available at this time as well.

Guided Meditation Class to promote healing, wellness, positive mental outlook, and overall health.

Free Time of Reflection and Wrap Up
Time to gather your belongings, take a final stroll, reflect with friends on what you learned, enjoy a snack and schedule any upcoming coaching sessions.

Time to head home with intention to nurture yourself, feed yourself well, and move forward with a renewed focus!
